Here, we want evaluate long-term AdVance or XP implantation. METHODS: Patients who underwent implant between June 2007 April 2018 were included single-institution, retrospective series. In 2020 patients contacted using standardized, validated questionnaires. RESULTS: A total 216 which 172 could be assessment reported outcomes. Mean follow-up was 56 months. According the Patient Global Improvement Indices score, 71% (CI: 63-78%) indicated satisfied at 5-year follow-up, improved 77% (CI 67 – 85%) an ideal population (i.e. needing no more than 4 pads/day naïve pelvic radiotherapy, prior urethral stricture surgery). We noticed a time-related decline with only 46% 36-56%) being 10 years. population, 56% 42-68) 10-year follow-up. multivariate analysis, radiotherapy (HR: 2.6; CI:1.6-4.2, p=0.0002) previous CI: 1.0-6.6; p=0.05) associated decreased satisfaction.
